Participation in EARN requires that shops meet our specific guidelines designed to ensure that repairs are up to industry standards, are reasonably priced and leave customers satisfied.

An accident can be tremendously stressful and inconvenient. Let EARN streamline the repair process, giving you the peace of mind that you are making the right choice for your repairs. EARN is different from other insurers' programs in that we use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) body parts, including lamps. Not only do EARN shops offer lifetime warranties on their workmanship, California Casualty does too. We do not ask EARN shops to cut corners on the repair to your vehicle. Your safety and satisfaction are our priority.

It's your right to choose where you have your vehicle repaired. You may wish to go to a shop recommended by a trusted neighbor or friend, or to a shop that you previously used with great results.
