  • Uninsured Motorist Property Damage Coverage
Pays for damage to your covered auto that you are legally entitled to recover from an uninsured motorist. The limit of liability for this coverage is $7,500. If you have Collision coverage on your auto, this coverage is not necessary or available. (Limits vary by state)
  • Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists (UM/UIM) Coverage
Uninsured/underinsured motorists coverage will pay bodily injury costs caused by an uninsured or underinsured motorist. It's a required coverage in some states, and a prudent coverage anywhere. Usually, the limits are the same as the bodily injury portion of your auto liability coverage. UM/UIM coverage can supplement the benefits you can receive under a no-fault system.
  • Unoccupied
For property policies, unoccupied means furnished, but not lived in.
  • Utility Upgrade Discount (Utility Rating Plan)
Homes which are less than 10 years old automatically get this discount. Homes older than that may qualify if they have updated electrical, heating and plumbing systems.
