Here's how you can make policy change online or via telephone:

1. Visit policy change forms in the Customer Service section.

2. Log in to My Account section and visit my policies.

3. Call us at 866-680-5143. We're here Monday – Friday from 7am – 7 pm, MST and Saturday from 9am – 1pm MST.
