    Reporting a Serious Claim 

    If you have a serious bodily injury claim or an emergency homeowner claim, please contact us 24 hours a day at 800-800-9410. Your call will be transferred immediately to a claims representative. After regular business hours your call is routed to an on-call claims representative for immediate assistance.

     

    Reporting a Minor Claim

    If you have a minor, non-injury claim, we'll handle your claim during regular business hours. You can contact us at 800-800-9410 or you have the added convenience of reporting a claim online.
