Here's how you can make policy changes online or via telephone:
1. Visit policy change forms in the Customer Service section.
2. Log in to My Account section and visit my policies.
3. Call us at 800-800-9410. We're here Monday – Friday from 7am – 7pm, MST and Saturday from 9am – 1pm MST.
Please note:
- Some changes may affect your rates.
- If you wish to change your coverages and coverage amounts, please contact a California Casualty service representative at 800-800-9410.
- These forms only change the information on California Casualty insurance policies.
- Remember to also provide any name and address change information directly to your employer or association.
