The grand prize trip for four includes a day of pampering at the world-famous Chocolate Spa®. California Casualty designed the “Give A Nurse A Break” contest to recognize and reward nurses for their hard work and dedication.
The 2013 “Give A Nurse A Break” winner is Lisa Gordon, LPN of Victoria, Texas. Ms. Gordon’s trip for four to The Hotel Hershey® in Hershey, Pennsylvania includes transportation, hotel accommodations and meals for three days and two nights, along with a full day of pampering at the Chocolate Spa®.
Ms. Gordon was “in total shock” when informed of her prize-winning entry. “It was always my dream to be a nurse. I love what I do, and I'm currently continuing my education to obtain my RN,” said Ms. Gordon. “I'm so excited and amazed that I won this trip from California Casualty just for being a nurse!”
