Payment Flexibility Options
For customers who are adversely impacted by coronavirus, we are extending payment dates and waiving fees. For instance, our existing special payment plans include a 10-pay EZ Pay to skip the payments for any two consecutive months. Please contact us to revise your billing schedule.
Vehicle Usage Adjustments
For those who are driving less due to the various “shelter-in-place or stay-at-home” directives, we will temporarily adjust the usage and annual mileage driven on your vehicles, which will typically reduce your policy premium. Please contact us to modify your mileage.

Collision Deductible Waiver
For all California Casualty auto insurance policyholders, we will waive the first $250 of the otherwise applicable deductible for a covered driving-related automobile collision loss occurring from April 1, 2020 through May 15, 2020.
Incidental Delivery Use of Vehicles
If you find yourself now making periodic deliveries in response to the COVID-19 crisis, our auto policies will provide coverage in the event you have loss while engaged in the delivery of goods on behalf of an employer on an incidental basis.
This falls in line with state insurance departments across the country asking insurers to temporarily suspend enforcement of personal auto insurance policy exclusions for the delivery of goods, if such exclusions exist in policy language. Suspending enforcement of such exclusions would provide coverage, subject to any applicable ‘other insurance’ clause in the contract for an insured who is engaged in delivery services on behalf of impacted restaurants, supermarkets etc.
Coverage does not apply to insureds who are working for a delivery network like UberEats or Grubhub. However, it will cover instances such as a teacher who is in an accident while taking books to students, as well as the restaurant or supermarket employee who occasionally delivers food.
