Mobile SMS Terms & Conditions Agreement

California Casualty now offers information on obtaining a quote for auto and home insurance. This information will be sent to you via text message. This program is called the SMS Auto Quote Program.

Opt-In Instructions

Users will opt-in and request a quote through the California Casualty SMS program by texting the designated keyword "NewQuote" or "NEAAUTO" to 76000. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month from this program.

None of these messages are mobile spam. When you sign up you consent to receive marketing text messages from or on behalf of California Casualty sent by an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number that sent the text message. You are not required to sign up for this program as a condition of a purchase of any kind.

Our mobile text messages are intended for subscribers over the age of 21 and are delivered via USA short code 76000. You may receive up to 4 message(s) per month of text alerts. Message & Data Rates May Apply. By participating you consent to receive text messages sent by automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to these terms is not a condition of purchase.

This service is available for phones with text messaging capabilities, and subscribers on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Virgin Mobile USA, Cincinnati Bell, Centennial Wireless, Unicel, U.S. Cellular®, and Boost. Stop Instructions

Users can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to 76000. You can get help at any time by texting "HELP" to 76000. Or you can request to be removed via email by sending your mobile number to weprotect@calcas.com and requesting to be removed. After this you will no longer receive any California Casualty text messages to your mobile number.

Associated Costs

The SMS Auto Quote Program is run on the code 76000 There is no charge by California Casualty to participate in the SMS Auto Quote Program, however message and data rates may apply based on your current wireless plan for both sending and receiving text messages. By signing up for the SMS Auto Quote Program you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and (a) are the wireless account holder or (b) you have the account holder's permission to do so.

Financial Responsibility Statement

To offer you an accurate quote, we may collect information from consumer reporting agencies, such as driving record, claims history reports and credit history. Future reports may be used to update or renew your insurance.

Program Definitions

"You" means the person who signs up to use the SMS Auto Quote Program or participates in any way. SMS Auto Quote Program. "We", "our", "us" and "provider" refer to California Casualty as well as well as any other entity providing any service, application, or content to you from us on our behalf. "Applications" and/or "Content" refer to any file, device or software that can be downloaded by you to either a computer or a wireless device such as a handset or a personal digital assistant.

"Service" means the California Casualty SMS Auto Quote Program and any associated Abbreviated Dial Code, Applications or Content.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using this service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, you must immediately cease usage of these services you have received.
