E-Z Pay

E-Z Pay is an automated payment plan that is convenient, dependable and safe. Once you are enrolled, your insurance payments are conveniently transferred from your checking account to automatically pay your insurance payment - even when you are on vacation. A $1.00 service charge per installment applies in most states.

We offer seven payment options for you to choose from:

  1. 12-Pay monthly deductions.
  2. Summer Skip with no deductions in June and July.
  3. Summer Skip with no deductions in July and August.
  4. Summer Skip with no deductions in August and September.
  5. Holiday Skip with no deductions in November and December.
  6. Holiday Skip with no deductions in December and January.
  7. 10-Pay with 10 consecutive deductions paid over the first 10 months of your policy term.

Visit our policy change forms page and select ‘Manage E-Z Pay' from under the Select a Policy Change Form section. Please complete and submit the form.

You will be asked to sign into your account before proceeding to the policy changes page.

Call us about E-Z Pay

Call Customer Service

Call customer service at 1.800.800.9410 and select option 3. Please have your checking account and 9-digit bank routing number available. This information is on the bottom of your personal checks.

Mail in your E-Z Pay form

Mail Your E-Z Pay Form

Print our E-Z Pay form and:

  • Fill-in your information
  • Print
  • Sign
  • Attach a VOIDED check
