Fraud Affects Us All

Fraud affects us all by driving up the cost of insurance premiums. California Casualty has an effective anti-fraud program. We work with State Departments of Insurance, state and local law enforcement, as well as organizations such as the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB). 

Fraud awareness and prevention is an important part of this effort. The NICB helps California Casualty employees and customers with training on this important topic. Please follow these links for more information.

Reporting Fraud

If you suspect fraud, notify police or California Casualty at: 800.842.5848.

If you suspect that you're a victim of identity theft we can refer you to a fraud specialist at IDT911.  Our policyholders can call Customer Service at 800.800.9410 for a free referral.

You can also report fraud to the NICB online, by phone at 1.800.TEL.NICB (1.800.835.6422), or by using the NICB's TIP 411 program, by  texting the keyword "FRAUD" to 847411 (TIP411) to anonymously submit tips.
